Common questions
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Checka. You can also get there from Account → Manage subscription in the app.
- How do I delete my account?
- In the app: Account → Delete account. Your profile, trusted contacts and history are deleted, and your Safe PIN is removed from the phone.
- How do I get a copy of my data?
- In the app: Account → Download my data.
- I got a text from Checka. What does it mean?
- Someone has added you as a trusted contact. The link in the text shows you what is happening. If someone is in immediate danger, call 112.
Checka is not an emergency service. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 112.
